Mark Anthony, trading as The Mark Anthony Method™, ABN 30 781 343 672 ("we", "us"), respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1. What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
  • Booking details: the course you've booked and your payment status. Card payments are handled by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not see or store your full card details.
  • Health questionnaire: before the course, we ask a few health questions so the practice sessions are safe for you. This is sensitive information, and we only collect it with your consent.
  • Course records: your assessment results and certification status.
  • Website data: basic information about how you use our website, collected through cookies (see section 6).

2. Why we collect it

  • To process your booking and payment, and send you course information such as the venue.
  • To keep you and other participants safe during practice sessions.
  • To assess and issue your certification, and provide follow-up supervision calls.
  • To send you news about future courses and offers, if you've agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the course, including:

  • systeme.io, which hosts our website, booking pages and email system;
  • our payment providers;
  • our email and file storage providers.

Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in Europe and the United States. We choose reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

4. How we keep it safe

We store your information securely and limit access to people who need it. Health questionnaires are kept confidential, used only for course safety, and securely deleted 12 months after the course unless you agree otherwise or the law requires us to keep them.

5. Your rights

  • You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to make it work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as well.

7. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first at info@markanthonymethod.com and we'll do our best to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
